at today's briefing at HQ, our division's SM said we might be back in a mth... for the diff dpt heads to officially address rumours that have been flying around since b4, but especially after the circular regarding a leaner headcount for ministries was released... i've never seen the circular actually, but had heard abt it from SM when he facilitated some course i attended... but hearing him say about actually gathering us for some official announcement was very extremely sobering... :S especially when some IT pple has been "disbursed" to schs, partnering co. and well... nowhere...


took the bus which passes through the industrial part on the way back to the office... thought it was cute seeing a sea of uniforms taking their lunch... but found that even canteen have two classes! was just musing over the sea of white uniform eating at the canteen when the bus edged further ahead and we saw a sea of blue uniforms behind the canteen having their lunch on the floor!! hmmm...


knocking off... was on the later shift so took the long walk to the other bustop-with-more-busses-outta-the-estate... passed by that electronic board which flashes traffic info (actually wondered why they placed one of those boards in the estate... even if we are so near the expressway)... it flashed "MASSIVE JAM BEFORE CLEMENTI AVE 6"... was thinking thinking debating on wether to take the train back to avoid the jam... but can't bear the thought of standing for the 20min train right at rush-hour... would rather sit comfortably in the bus even if bus was crawling... thankfully it wasn't too bad... but AYE's been having a bout of slower traffic lately... the day b4, there were 2 accident cases and a broken-down vehicle just in the one hr i was taking to get to wk!
