Come to think of it, there have been several occasions that I was none too happy with the HR side. So why again, do I want to join that department? All the more with the recent houhaa involving Mr Alfian. Do I want to turn into one of those mindless robots churning those deliberately verbose memos?

Oh where oh where oh where shall I go to???

It's not that I don't know what I want. But it's not necessarily the ideal. Throw into the equation ambition versus security versus mobility and everything's simply all jumbled up.

Lemme sleep on it a while longer.

We're all cogs in a big big wheel. And in the civil service or a large corporation, the big big wheels are just part of bigger machines.

I feel so dehumanised sometimes.

What happened to Alfian sucked. So much for meritocracy lah.
