Anyone & everyone's who's been to my room at work are amused by this "Darth Vader" mask, part of my the medical-safety repertoire I'm acquiring at work. Hah!

Yesterday, the colleagues were very amused when we were introduced to a new mask that anyone and everyone could have in their very own pocket! Wow!

Seriously, though, yesterday's Fire Safety Talk was very enlightening and very sobering.

Do you know that 2 minutes of smoke inhalation will already result in suffocation, and it takes just 4 minutes to kill you?

Please do consider investing in either a Fire Extinguisher or the Fire Retardant Smoke Hood for your home. Especially if you are impatient like me and like to multi-task while in the kitchen!

And utmost if you had a previous aspiration of gourmet cooking with the cooker flame licking the ceiling. (Yes, dear, of course I still remembered THAT.)
