Destress after work...? How's this to get your freak on 24/7.........

(1) Meeting a pupil even if you happen to go to the other, other, other part of the island, at the wedding of your good friend whom of course is some blood(y) relation.

(2) Being frozen exactly midstep when boarding a bus when you heard your name being screamed, and turning in panic only to find out some pupils just wanted to catch your attention to wave goodbye.

(3) Being told by a parent that she saw you over the weekend... and if the venue wasn't clear enough, she proceeded to give a detailed description of exactly what you wore from head to toe.

(4) Attending a function in a neighbourhood when you feel the creepy sense of everyone's eyes on you and watching your every move and of course talking about you, while still staring at you.

(5) Taking the same bus as a pupil who whispered (NOT!) excitedly to his sibling and proceeded to stare at you throughout the bus ride.

(6) Taking the same bus as a parent who grinned widely at you from your first step on the bus, thus making it impossible for you not to notice, and rude not to smile back, then proceeding to take advantage of the overcrowded bus to trap you into explaining every single procedural policy that came to mind.

(7) Realising that Singapore is very, very small when you live so far away from a school where pupils were supposed to be living only within a 2km radius, but you found them to be fellow residents in your neighbourhood, haunting you on buses and heartland malls.
