I'm doomed to have to wait for ages for buses today. So gave up and cabbed. Especially wasn't receptive to idea of darn crowded buses.

But now stuck in AYE. We've passed 3 broken-down vehicles at various points from NUH to what's Portsdown. SIGH.

You know how alcohol on an empty stomach is no good? Well, caffeine on a not-so-full stomach have rather the same effect.

Terrible headache. Thank God cab-driver not making conversation as always.

Ordered lots of food to send JS off (Oh God! I just remembered I left the office without bidding her goodbye!). But it's difficult for me to eat while writing minutes, so only ended drinking a lot of Coke.

Before, had gotten a ticking off from P for being late. She had to call for me twice but was in the middle of a meeting with the contractor. OM didn't tell me they were coming so soon, so had a super-quick discussion with the rest then had to quickly draft out the design layout for the new workspace.

Meeting was rather depressing. Disheartening how it's so hard to quickly shed bad staff. Yet we can't make good staff permanent. DV rushed back from his exams to say goodbye to JS. Rather pity him. The stuff we have to keep him up to date now for his comeback next week are not amusing in the least.

He asked if I had time to update him on PC stuff. Was rather puzzled. Was something about the way he said it. Apparently I think P told him about the Parl thing.

No worries on that point. All the time in the world.

Well... we are finally moving. The accident the EMAS boards been flashing is nowehere in sight though. I've always found those boards *so* helpful. *sic*
